Our commitment
We want everyone who uses the platform — including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced motion — to be able to do their work. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with labelled form fields and buttons throughout the dashboard and public pages.
- Keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus indicators.
- Colour is never the only carrier of meaning: status chips and compliance indicators pair colour with text labels.
- Text contrast designed to meet AA ratios on interactive elements and body copy.
- Responsive layouts that support browser zoom to 200% and mobile screen sizes.
- No audio or video content that would require captions; no content that flashes.
Known limitations
This statement is honest rather than aspirational. Currently:
- The platform has not yet had an independent accessibility audit; we assess against WCAG 2.1 AA internally, so it is best described as partially conformant.
- Some downloadable PDF documents (legal documents, record exports) may not be fully tagged for assistive technology; the same content is available in HTML on request.
- Some data-dense tables (worker lists, checklists) are easier with a pointer; we are improving their keyboard and screen-reader ergonomics.

If you cannot access any part of the service, or need information in an alternative format, email support@narasolicitors.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. We aim to respond within one working day and will provide the content or an accessible route to the task.
This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever significant interface changes ship.
