Support & Complaints

Getting help
Email support@narasolicitors.com from the email address registered on your account. Include your company name and, where relevant, the page or worker record concerned (never include passwords or two-factor codes — we will never ask for them).
We aim to respond within one working day (Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm UK time, excluding English bank holidays). Urgent account-security issues — a suspected compromised account or credential — are prioritised; say “security” in the subject line, or use security@narasolicitors.com.
Support answers questions about using the platform. It is not legal or immigration advice: the platform’s outputs are automated indications, and questions about your sponsor-licence position should go to a qualified adviser.
Complaints
If we have fallen short, email support@narasolicitors.com with “Complaint” in the subject line, or write to Nara Solicitors Ltd, Spaces Canary Wharf, 25 Cabot Square, London E14 4QZ. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 2 working days and give a full response within 15 working days; if it will take longer we will tell you why and when to expect our response. Complaints are reviewed by a director.
Data-protection concerns go to our Data Protection Officer, Ravina Kaul — dpo@narasolicitors.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint (our registration: ZB670355).
Nara Solicitors Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 8006464). Complaints about legal services provided by the firm (as distinct from this software platform) follow the firm’s client-care complaints procedure, which includes access to the Legal Ombudsman where applicable.
Reporting a security vulnerability
We welcome good-faith reports of suspected security vulnerabilities to security@narasolicitors.com (see also /.well-known/security.txt). We will not pursue researchers acting in good faith and within the law. Please do not access, modify or exfiltrate data that is not your own while demonstrating an issue.
